Items 2, 5, 6 & 7 are applicable to anyone taking a bar exam in any jurisdiction.

Due to the nature of digital content and immediate access upon purchase, all sales are final and non-refundable.

By subscribing, you acknowledge and agree that:

• This is a weekly recurring subscription for digital content.

• You will be charged automatically every 7 days until you cancel.

• You receive immediate access to exclusive digital materials upon each payment.

• No refunds will be provided for any reason, including non-use, dissatisfaction, forgetting to cancel, or perceived lack of value.

• We do not send weekly billing reminders, receipts, or payment notices. It is your sole responsibility to monitor your billing method and cancel your subscription if you no longer wish to be charged.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account here, or emailing support at hello at counseltable.com. Cancellations apply to future payments only. You will not be refunded for any previously billed periods.

Chargebacks & Disputes

Any chargebacks or disputes filed in violation of this clearly stated policy will be considered fraudulent. We provide clear product descriptions, billing terms, and require customer agreement at checkout.

If a chargeback is initiated, we reserve the right to submit evidence including: IP address, proof of access, subscription timestamps, and your agreement to these terms.
